With a background in Business and Tourism from Costa Rica and certification as a Planner in Florida, she brings more than three decades of leadership and expertise across the tourism sector, encompassing hotels, GSAs, and both inbound and outbound services. In 2008, she founded Design Tours, establishing a reputation for excellence and unwavering commitment to service.

She has supported our Groups Team for over seven years. A zootechnician, graduated in Mexico, who also lectures and mentors students in their research, she combines her passion for travel and discovery with a talent for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

A passionate food enthusiast with extensive experience in event planning and high-end details, she loves curating hotels and venues for our clients. A Business graduate from Arizona, she has been an integral part of our Groups Team for the past few years.

Our Puerto Rican go-to tech guide, he has been the right hand for all things innovation. With over 30 years in tourism and more than five years supporting our Groups Team, he combines deep industry knowledge with technology solutions and management skills.

Always ready to lend a hand, she holds a Computer Science degree from Venezuela and has spent several years supporting the groups team. On-site, she brings precision and care to every event, while her culinary expertise and refined taste ensure flawless final touches.
